Optic Pit | AVNRT | getting diagnoses as a woman - my experience

Hey there! In 2015, I was diagnosed with a rare eye condition that affected my vision and, at the time, could have led to blindness. It was a frightening experience—but fortunately, I found the right doctors who helped me through it. That same year, I shared a short post about it on Instagram. What I didn’t expect was the response it would receive. Since then, people from all over the world have reached out to me—sharing their own stories, their fears, their recoveries, and their questions about optic pit. That one small post created a kind of quiet community—one built on support, understanding, and lived experience. Today, I want to open up more publicly, here on YouTube—because this platform allows for a deeper connection and broader reach. I hope that by sharing my story in more detail, I can offer some motivation and hope to anyone affected by optic pit—whether you're personally going through it, or you're a family member or friend looking for answers. You're not alone.
